PLEASE READ INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY

REQUIREMENTS FOR RENEWAL OF PASSPORT

1.   Current passport, with photocopy of page 1 for cancellation, copy of

Aufenthaltserlaubnis and last departure from Manila.

2.   Duly accomplished passport application form. The form must be filled in

LEGIBLY AND COMPLETELY, in INK.

3.   Three (3) identical photos, 45 mm. X 35 mm. in size, coloured, with white background taken within the last three months, showing full front view and without eyeglasses.

4.  For walk-in applicants, Passport fee of EUR 65.00 for 32 page or

EUR 78.00 for 64 page. payable in cash and will be released after

two days. For mailed-in applications: Payment should be sent by

BANK TRANSFER (Überweisung) to the account of Philippine

Embassy, Deutsche Bank, Bonn, Account no. 1950229 and BLZ No.

38070059. (‘Please enclose copy of Überweisung.)

IMPORTANT:    Do not send cash by mail. The Embassy is not liable for any cash lost when sent by mail. Personal checks are not acceptable and will be returned.

5.   For application sent by mail, please send a self-addressed envelope with at least EUR 3.50 worth of stamps (registered / Einschreiben) for return mailing of the new and old passports

NOTE:   APPLICATION FOR PASSPORT RENEWAL SHALL BE

PROCESSED ONLY UPON RECEIPT OF PAYMENT. PROCESSING

TIME MAY TAKE FOURTEEN (14) WORKING DAYS IF PAYMENT IS

MADE BY BANK TRANSFER (UBERWEISUNG).

NOTE:      PASSPORT APPLICATION WITH INCOMPLETE REQUIREMENTS

                  WILL NOT BE PROCESSED
